POLICIES

                       FOOD 

  • We will be happy to feed your child the food you provide.  If your child is allergic to anything, please notify your Caregivers and fill out the appropriate sticker.

  • Medications cannot be given by nursery personnel.

  • Nursing mothers may use nursing rooms provided, at any time. 

 

                                                       HEALTH

Any questions concerning your child's health and the Nursery, please do not hesitate to contact Mrs. Nell at 706.291.6033, ext. 124.

For the protection of your child and others, please do not bring a child who appears ill and may exhibit the following symptoms: 

 

  • Fever - currently or within previous 24 hours 

  • Vomiting or diarrhea

  • Persistent nasal drainage which is green or yellow in color

  • Any symptom of a childhood disease such as chicken pox

  • Common cold

  • Sore throat

  • Unexplained rash

  • Skin infection

  • Pink eye or other eye infection 

If symptoms appear while in nursery, the parent or guardian will be called to take the child home. 

                                                                                                                                If your child develops a contagious disease, after they have been in Nursery, please contact the Director of Nursery Ministry at 706.291.6033, ext. 124, so we may notify other parents of their child's exposure. 

            RESERVATIONS

 

  • Sunday morning child care is provided in the nursery rooms for children 8 weeks through age five.  No reservation is needed. 

 

  • ​For other church-sponsored activities and events throughout the week, child care is available by calling the Director of Nursery Ministries 706-291-6033 48 hours in advance. Please alert the Director if your childcare needs change as soon as possible.  

                          GENERAL

 

  • The nursery opens 15 minutes prior to services and other scheduled events. 

  • Children are to be brought and released to a parent or guardian. 

  • Items must be labelled.

  • Lovies, but not play toys, are permitted.
